Detailed airflow, sound, and cooling calculations are verified digitally, with designs prepared down to hole-and-bolt level. This thorough preparation ensures production starts with complete clarity and control.
Controlled production and supply chain
Our lean production approach is fully aligned with supply chain and engineering. Materials are delivered just in time and to the right location, keeping workspaces clean, organized, and efficient. Welding and construction are prepared in advance, eliminating heavy drilling and noise during final assembly. This structured approach increases production speed, predictability, and overall delivery performance.
Tested, verified, delivered right
Quality is verified throughout the process. Submodules are tested early, including coatings, fluid tightness, and torque checks, allowing time for corrections when needed. Before delivery, every enclosure is mechanically and electrically tested. Witnessed tests and full-load testing, such as FOAK or FAT, can be included to validate performance with certainty.
