Cooling engineered for stable performance
Effective cooling is critical to maintaining stable energy system performance. Based on operating conditions and system requirements, Novetec designs cooling solutions ranging from separate or combined LT and HT systems to configurations with or without heat exchangers, cooling water pumps and valve controls. Always within defined environmental and design constraints.
Integrated cooling design
Radiator blocks are combined with ventilation and structural frameworks to create fan-cooled radiator systems, supported by smart submodule designs. Novetec integrates piping systems, valves and appendages while aligning cooling design with acoustic and structural requirements.
Depending on project requirements, cooling solutions can include remote cooling systems, heat island layouts and integrated piping networks designed for efficient heat rejection and reliable thermal management. By engineering cooling, acoustics and system integration together, the solution actively supports optimal energy system performance.
Tested under full-load conditions
Cooling behavior is verified during end testing with load banks, whether during FOAK, FAT or commissioning. Where required, frequency and RPM control in combination with cooling fan selection can be applied to optimize sound performance. This approach allows project data and cooling performance to be validated and certified under full-load operating conditions.
