Amphia hospital Breda
For this project Novetec was responsible for the complete engineering, supply and installation of a ventilation and exhaust system for a generator plantroom. The installation includes a custom designed air intake and exhaust ventilation system combined with suspended exhaust silencers and a fully engineered exhaust gas system connected to a new chimney.
Inside the plantroom the exhaust silencers are mounted from the ceiling using flexible suspension points. These supports control vibration and allow thermal expansion within the system while maintaining a stable installation. From the plantroom the exhaust gases are guided through insulated piping and a modular stainless steel system towards a new double wall chimney with a height of more than 17 meters.
The project was executed as a full design, supply and installation scope ensuring that all components from ventilation and silencers to the chimney system function together as one integrated and reliable solution.

For this project Novetec delivered the complete engineering, supply and installation of the ventilation and exhaust system for a generator plantroom. By combining ventilation, silencers, piping and chimney design into one integrated solution, the entire system was optimized for reliable operation and low noise levels.
Inside the plantroom the exhaust silencers were suspended from the ceiling using flexible support points to control vibration and thermal expansion. The exhaust gases are then guided through an insulated exhaust route towards a new double wall chimney.
By managing the full scope from design to installation, Novetec delivered an efficient and reliable plantroom solution tailored to the site conditions.
